This is the documentation bundle for the Sensiplicity sensor system, as of October 12th, 2015.
It contains the electronic design files for all parts of the system and the firmware for the
soil sensor.

Electronic designs were created with Eagle CAD. Most electronic components are sourced from
Digikey, except where noted in a BOM. Prototype PCBs were ordered from OSHPark. Prototypes
were assembled by reflow soldering in a toaster oven using stencils from OSHStencils and
Ohararp.

Note concerning plant sensor revisions: revision 2 is the prototype currently being used for
testing. Revision 4 is the new prototype, which is being fabricated. Revision 3 was an intermediate
version that was never manufactured.

Note concerning plant sensor naming: the plant sensor was known as the soil sensor
during development, so most internal documentation uses the term soil sensor. This will
be changed in the future.
