-Modify toaster convection oven to give independent control of fan and heating elements
  -Run fan continously when system is on
-Thermocouple for temperature measurement
  -Drill hole in side/top, insulate
  -Use thermocouple rated for >300C
  -Use thin gauge thermocouple for easy bending/attachment
-Operation modes
  -Reflow
  -Oven
-LCD/OLED screen for status/configuration
-Optional: USB for computer control/monitoring
